This couple wanted to extend the balcony to accommodate a dining table to comfortably seat 6. The living area on the ground floor looks onto a beautiful comtemporary style garden, including a formal pond with a water wall. A wooden pergola provides height and structure. There is a seating area at the end of the garden, along with a wooden decked area for sun bathing. A sculpture also acts as a focal point.
