ABOUT SARAH
I'm Sarah Link, a garden designer working across Surrey and South, with over 10 years of experience creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. I specialise in bespoke garden design for residential clients, crafting elegant, biodiverse gardens that reflect each client’s lifestyle and enhance their connection to nature.
I hold a postgraduate diploma in Residential Landscape Design, an RHS Certificate in Horticulture, and a specialist diploma in Plants & Planting Design. Retraining in this inspiring field was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It allows me to combine creativity with a love of nature, while making a meaningful difference in the way people experience their gardens.
Every design begins with you, your needs, aspirations, and the unique qualities of your space. My planting schemes are carefully composed for seasonal interest, visual harmony, and ecological value. The result is a timeless outdoor environment that feels like a natural extension of your home: sustainable, biodiverse, and rich in refined, sensory elegance.
​LIFELONG CONNECTION TO THE OUTDOORS
I grew up in West London, where green space was limited, but thanks to my wonderful mum, we were always outdoors. Whether it was exploring the countryside, walking through London parks, or simply noticing the small pockets of nature around us, she gave me a deep appreciation for the natural world. I believe this early connection to the outdoors laid the foundation for my passion for gardens, which I truly love.
One of the most fulfilling parts of my work is helping clients create a garden they can genuinely enjoy. Something personal, uplifting, and long-lasting.
When I’m not designing gardens, I love to be outside in them. I enjoy walking, running, staying healthy, travelling when I can, and spending time in nature. I also love being with my family. It’s the simple things that bring the most joy.
