HOW WE WORK
We work through a number of stages, from initial meeting through to plant placement and planting. These are as follows;
INITIAL MEETING
Discussion of requirements where we will establish a colour palette and note any likes and dislikes.
SURVEY
A measured survey of the planting beds is carried out. The aspect of all beds is noted, soil samples are taken at various places of the garden to establish the soil type and ensure the correct plants are chosen for the scheme. Any problematic areas are noted and also any microclimates.
PLANTING PLANS
Detailed planting plans are produced, showing plants Latin names (varieties and species), quantities and spacing. Images of the plants used in the scheme are produced. A full schedule of plants is made.
PLANT SOURCING
We have links with specialists trade nurseries which ensures we are able to source a wide selection of plants. The plant schedule is forwarded to the relevant nurseries and the plants are ordered. The plants are delivered to your home, placed according to the plan and planted.
Plant maintenance schedules can be produced to secure the longevity of the plants.
