GARDEN DESIGN IN RICHMOND
I design gardens that feel calm, inviting and beautifully connected to your home. Based near Richmond, I work across the surrounding areas including Ham, Petersham, Teddington, Twickenham, Barnes, Wimbledon, and Putney, as well as further across Surrey. I bring thoughtful design and refined planting together to create outdoor spaces with atmosphere, structure and year-round interest. My aim is always to shape a garden that feels completely right for you.

Many of my clients are at a stage where they want to really enjoy their home. Work may be demanding, the children may have grown up, or retirement may be approaching.

They're looking for a garden that feels restful and cohesive, with structure and planting that matures beautifully over time.

My role is to bring clarity and confident decision making, working collaboratively to create a garden that supports how you want to live

I offer a full garden design service, from initial concept through to planting and completion.

A CONSIDERED APPROACH TO GARDEN DESIGN
Professionally qualified and accredited
I hold a postgraduate diploma in Residential Landscape Design, an RHS Certificate in Horticulture, and a specialist diploma in Plants & Planting Design, I am also a Fully Registered Memeber of the Society of Garden & Landscape Designers - an accreditation awarded after the submission of multiple projects to a review panel of highly regarded garden designers and top industry professionals. To maintain this status, I complete continual professional development each year. This combination of training and accreditation underpins the care, technical understanding and design quality I bring to every garden I design.

HOW I WORK
CONCEPT TO COMPLETION
Every garden is designed personally by me. This ensures a considered, collaborative process and a garden that reflects your home, lifestyle and the atmosphere you want to create. Seeing the project through from start to finish allows me to to maintain clarity, consistency and attention to detail at every stage, resulting in a space that is thoughtfully designed and built to the highest standard.

MY APPROACH
My design approach blends refined structure with soft, naturalistic planting. I focus on creating outdoor spaces that feel tranquil, elegant and lived-in. A place for relaxation, entertaining, and everyday enjoyment. Whether you want a contemporary garden, a wildlife-friendly garden, or a classic English border, I can shape your space to reflect your taste and lifestyle.

LOCAL INSIGHT TO RICHMOND
I have a longstanding familiarity with Richmond and the surrounding areas, and a strong understanding of the homes and gardens found here. Gardens in and around Richmond often have a strong sense of place, shaped by period architecture, mature trees, and proximity to the river. Many spaces come with an existing structure that offers a beautiful foundation for new design. My approach is always to respond carefully to the individual site, taking time to understand how you live and what you want from your garden.
Building strong relationships is important to me, and my aim is always to create a space that feels completely right for you.
